Artwork licenses

The license for your purchase is identified by the product on your paid order confirmation. Personal single artworks, Phone Packs and Desktop & TV Packs include a Personal License. Commercial Display single artworks and packs include a Commercial Display License. Simply possessing a file or viewing a preview does not grant a license.

Personal License

• The purchaser and members of the same household may display the purchased artwork on personal phones, computers, TVs and digital frames.

• Personal screen use is perpetual, with no device limit.

• Cropping and resizing for screen fit are permitted.

• Business, client, advertising and other commercial use are not included.

• Do not share the artwork files outside your household.

Commercial Display License

• Covers one purchasing business entity at one physical business address, on up to 10 screens.

• The artwork or artworks identified on the paid order may be rotated across those screens.

• Display permission is perpetual and non-exclusive, with a one-time purchase.

• Cropping and resizing for screen fit are permitted.

• Additional addresses, more than 10 screens, advertising and merchandise uses require a separately agreed license and quotation.

• Do not publicly distribute the artwork files or share them with other businesses.

Shared restrictions

• Each license is non-exclusive. Ownership and any rights in the artwork are not transferred.

• Do not resell or publicly share the files, sublicense the artwork, sell printed copies, or use it in print-on-demand products.

• Public preview images are for browsing and do not grant reuse permission.

What you receive

Each Personal single artwork contains the portrait and landscape JPEG editions of one artwork. Each Commercial Display single artwork also contains both the portrait and landscape JPEG editions of one artwork. Both include file specifications and this license guide.

Each pack contains 10 screen-ready JPEG artworks, the file specifications and this license guide. Original archival PNG masters are retained separately and are not included.

Phone Packs contain the portrait editions. Desktop & TV Packs and Commercial Display Packs contain the landscape editions. Desktop and TV share the same personal-use landscape pack; there is no need to purchase it twice.

Image proportions are preserved. Fill mode crops edges to fill a display; Fit mode preserves the entire composition and may show borders. The individual pixel dimensions appear in the product description and accompanying READ-ME.txt.
