Privacy Policy

Version 1 — Last updated October 3, 2026

1. Who is responsible

Tianbin He, an individual based in China operating AiiU.art at https://aiiu.art, is responsible for the personal information handled by this store. For privacy requests and support, contact hetb@outlook.com. See our Terms of Service for purchase, delivery and refund rules.

2. Information we handle

Full payment-card numbers and card security codes are handled by Waffo Pancake's checkout and are not stored by AiiU.art. The storefront does not require a customer account to browse or buy.

3. Browser storage and cookies

The cart uses cart and cart_n cookies with a maximum lifetime of 30 days. Saved artworks are stored in this browser's local storage until you remove them or clear browser data. Browser storage is not a cloud-synced favorites account.

There are no advertising or third-party analytics scripts in the current storefront. Hosting security features and the separately hosted payment checkout may use their own necessary cookies. Blocking cart cookies can prevent the cart from working. You can remove cookies and saved artworks through your browser settings.

4. Why we use information

We use information to fulfil purchases, maintain private download access, answer support requests, handle payments and refunds, prevent misuse and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Depending on the applicable law, these activities are based on performing your purchase agreement, legal obligations, or our interest in operating a reliable store. We do not run a marketing mailing list or sell personal information.

5. Service providers and sharing

The current store sells files created in advance and does not send customers' checkout data to an image-generation service. New custom uploads are disabled. For information about the tools used to process a particular historical custom request, contact support with its request reference.

We may disclose relevant information where legally required or necessary to address fraud, a payment dispute or infringement. We do not publicly publish customer photos or private order links. Our infrastructure and providers may process information outside your country, including outside China; their locations and applicable legal protections may differ.

6. Retention

Our retention schedule is managed manually; there is no automatic deletion service:

Waffo and Microsoft retain information they control under their own policies and legal obligations. Deletion from this store does not automatically delete their records.

7. Access, deletion and other rights

Email hetb@outlook.com to request access, correction or deletion of information, or to exercise other rights available under applicable law. Include the relevant order or request reference; do not send a password or payment card. We may ask for proportionate evidence that you control the purchase email before disclosing private order information. We aim to respond within thirty calendar days, or the shorter period required by law.

Some transaction records must be retained for legal obligations or disputes. We will explain any reason that prevents deletion. You may also contact your local data-protection authority where applicable.

8. Security and private links

The website uses HTTPS. Download files and legacy request records use private storage and access links. Keep those links private; anyone with a link may be able to access its content. Contact support if you believe a link has been exposed. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If an incident requires notification under applicable law, we will notify affected people and relevant authorities as required.

9. Children and changes

Purchases are intended for adults aged 18 and over, or a parent or guardian purchasing on a minor's behalf. We do not seek personal information from children. Contact support if a child has submitted information so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

We will date updates on this page and display a notice for material changes. This policy covers information handled by AiiU.art; linked providers explain their own practices separately.
