1. Who operates this store

AiiU.art is operated by Tianbin He, an individual based in China. These terms apply to the digital art store at https://aiiu.art. Contact hetb@outlook.com for purchases, billing, licensing or other questions. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a purchase agreement, or have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase. Business purchasers must be authorized to act for their organization.

2. What we sell

We sell licenses to download finished digital artworks for phone, desktop, TV and commercial screen display. The catalog combines AI-created imagery with human selection and preparation. It is a collection of existing files, not an image-generation service. Custom art requests are closed.

Product descriptions identify the artworks, included editions, file types and actual pixel dimensions. Single artworks include the available portrait and landscape JPEG editions of that artwork. Collection packs contain ten JPEG artworks in the specified orientation, with file instructions and the license guide. Archival PNG masters are not included. No physical goods are shipped.

Interior and device scenes are illustrations of how our artworks may look in use, not photographs of customer installations. Screen colors and crops may differ from the supplied files. Check the listed dimensions and use Fill to crop to your screen or Fit to see the whole composition.

3. Prices and payment

All listed prices are in USD and are one-time charges: personal single artwork $3; commercial display single artwork $12; Phone Pack $9; Desktop & TV Pack $15; Commercial Display Pack $79. The product page shows the current price. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown before payment. There are no subscriptions, credits or automatic renewals.

Waffo Pancake provides the hosted checkout and acts as Merchant of Record for payments processed through it, including payment and applicable tax handling. Payment details are entered on its checkout, not stored by AiiU.art. Production payments remain subject to Waffo's store approval; test transactions do not collect real payment or grant a paid commercial license.

4. Digital delivery

After payment is confirmed, the order page provides a private link to download the purchased ZIP files. Keep your order link private: anyone with it may be able to access your files. Save a copy of your purchase and license guide. If delivery fails or you lose access, email support with your order reference. We do not promise permanent hosting of download links.

5. Artwork licenses

Your purchase grants the license identified on the product and paid order; it does not transfer ownership or exclusive rights. The Artwork Licenses page and the guide included in the ZIP describe the permitted uses.

• Personal License: perpetual, non-exclusive use by you and your household on unlimited personal screens. No business, client or advertising use.
• Commercial Display License: perpetual, non-exclusive display by one purchasing entity at one physical business address, on up to ten screens. Additional addresses, more screens, advertising or merchandise require a separately agreed license.
• Cropping and resizing for screen fit are permitted.
• File resale, sublicensing, public file sharing, sold prints and print-on-demand use are not permitted.

The supplied license version applies to your purchase. Later website changes do not reduce the rights already granted under that license.

6. Refunds and billing problems

You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of purchase by emailing hetb@outlook.com with your order reference and purchase email. This policy does not depend on whether you have downloaded the files.

For duplicate charges, inaccessible or corrupt files, or files materially different from the product description, contact us even after seven days. We will provide the correct files or arrange an appropriate refund. Refunds are processed through the payment provider to the original payment method; bank processing times vary. Once a purchase is refunded, its license ends and you must stop using and delete those purchased files.

These rules do not limit mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for defective digital content or any statutory withdrawal right. Downloading a file alone is not treated as a waiver of those rights. Contact support if you do not recognize a charge or need help with a payment dispute.

7. Acceptable use

Use the site and licensed artworks lawfully. Do not infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy or other rights; use our content to deceive or impersonate people; bypass access controls; obtain files without permission; or disrupt the website. We may restrict access involved in a material violation, without limiting your mandatory legal rights.

8. Availability and responsibility

We aim to describe files accurately and correct delivery problems. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted website access, identical colors on every display, or compatibility beyond the specifications stated on a product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes and disputes

New versions of these terms will be dated on this page and apply to future purchases. Contact hetb@outlook.com first so we can try to resolve a dispute. Applicable law, including mandatory protections in your place of residence, continues to apply; these terms do not require arbitration or remove access to a competent court.
